Lodge Reception Hours & Policies
Our restricted public hours allow us to make your pets schedule our priority. By restricting our interruptions; feeding, medications, relief breaks and packages remain on a daily schedule for your pet allowing for a smooth transition to lodging life.
Please Note: Staff may be working in the Lodge, but doors remain locked except for Reception Hours.

Any Clients wanting to Drop-Off or Pick Up their Pets during SUNDAY Pm Reception Hours the following changes are required for Drop-Off and Pick Up.
Drop Off Rules: Completed all Registration Paperwork and submitted to Pampered Pet Lodge including all feeding and/or medication information submitted no later than 10:00 am the day of arrival to am Reception staff. If all of this is not completed Pets will not be permitted to enter during SUNDAY PM hours.
Pick Up Rules for PM: If you are wanting to pick up your pet in the PM hours listed during the dates above. Pampered Pet Lodge needs to charge your credit card prior to 10:00 am the day of departure, No Last Minute Pick up can occur on SUNDAY Pm unless paid in full by Credit or Cash AND has to be communicated before 10:00 am same day so that invoice can be generated and proper expenses calculated prior to Pm pick up. If these steps are not completed in full, pets will not be released during SUNDAY PM hours to owners as our Handlers will be handling PM.

Explanation of our Courtesy Checkout time:
If courtesy check-out time for your pet has passed a charge for that day will be added to your invoice. Packages and care of your pet resume at 10 am, so charges apply if they are not picked up by the end of courtesy check-out. You may choose a later time during our public hours however you will be charged an additional day.
We encourage you to drop off your pets in the morning of each business day. Charges are not based on a 24 hour clock. You are charged each night of stay and a day charge is applied if you do not pick-up during our courtesy check-out times.
Pets will be released to their owners upon receipt of payment. Payments can be made using Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
All Lodge reservations require a non-refundable deposit, deposits are based on the number of days reserved and the number of bunks/condos required.
- 1-2 day stay = $50.00 per pet
- 3-7 day stay = $100.00 per pet
Deposits are applied to the invoice at check-out, reservations can be shortened by 1 day charge at the beginning or end of the reservation without penalty however, penalties do apply to reservations that are shortened more than 1 day charge at either end of stay, extensions of a reservation are always accommodated. Deposits are taken for the specific dates booked at the time of reservation and are not transferrable to any other dates or client.
All Deposits are completely Non-refundable at time of booking, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Pets that are staying for 30 or more days will be required to provide a 50% deposit of the total amount owing. Please call 905-936-6214 for Long Term Rates and Lodging Contracts.
